Onasis AI ("Onasis," "we," "us") operates the creator production studio at app.onasis.ai and the marketing site at onasis.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Account and profile data

When you register, we collect your email address, display name, organization membership, and authentication credentials. If you enable multi-factor authentication, we store the minimum data required to verify your second factor.

Content and usage data

We process content you upload (images, video, metadata) and generation jobs you create in order to provide the service. We also collect usage logs, device and browser information, IP addresses, and timestamps to secure accounts, debug issues, and improve reliability.

Billing data

Subscription and credit purchases may be processed via crypto invoice or third-party payment providers. We retain transaction references and plan history; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Onasis studio and API
• Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse
• Process generation jobs and deliver exports
• Send service-related communications (billing, security alerts, product updates)
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and legal obligation. Where we rely on consent (for example, optional marketing email), you may withdraw consent at any time.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Generated content and job history are retained according to your plan and workspace settings; you may delete assets from your Library at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. In the Onasis app, go to Settings → Privacy to request a data export or account deletion. You may also contact us at privacy@onasis.ai.

Cookies and similar technologies

International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required by law.

Children

Onasis is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@onasis.ai.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
